Privacy policy

1. What is this Privacy Policy about?

Neuromobil GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as “we” or “us”) collects and processes personal data relating to you or other individuals (so-called “third parties”). In this Privacy Policy, we use the term “data” as synonymous with “personal data” or “personal information”.

“Personal data” means data relating to an identified or identifiable person, i.e. information that allows a person’s identity to be determined either from the data itself or in combination with additional information. “Particularly sensitive personal data” refers to a category of personal data that is afforded special protection under applicable data protection law. This includes, for example, data revealing racial or ethnic origin, health data, information concerning religious or philosophical beliefs, biometric data used for identification purposes, and information concerning trade union membership. Section 3 sets out the data we process as part of this Privacy Policy. “Processing” means any handling of personal data, such as collecting, storing, using, modifying, disclosing or deleting it.

In this Privacy Policy, we describe what we do with your data when you use www.neuromobil.ch (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

If you provide or disclose data relating to other individuals, such as family members or colleagues, we assume that you are authorised to do so and that the data provided is accurate. By providing data relating to third parties, you confirm this. Please also ensure that these third parties have been informed about this Privacy Policy.

This Website is intended exclusively for persons residing in Switzerland. This Privacy Policy is based on the requirements of the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (“revFADP”).

2. Who is responsible for processing your data?

Neuromobil GmbH, 5000 Aarau (hereinafter referred to as “Neuromobil”), is the data controller responsible for the processing of data described in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise communicated in individual cases.

3. What data do we process?

We process various categories of data relating to you. The main categories are as follows:

Technical Data

When you use our Website, we collect the IP address of your device and other technical data to ensure the functionality and security of our services. This data also includes logs recording the use of our systems. To ensure the functionality of our services, we may also assign an individual code to you or your device (e.g. in the form of a cookie; see Section 11).

Technical data on its own generally does not allow us to draw conclusions about your identity. However, in connection with user accounts, registrations, access controls or the processing of contracts, it may be linked to other categories of data and thus potentially to you as an individual. Information on the data protection provisions of our provider Cyon can be found here.

Technical data includes, among other things, the IP address and information about the operating system of your device, the date, region and time of use, as well as the type of browser you use to access our electronic services. This may help us deliver the website in the correct format or, for example, display a website adapted to your region.

Based on your IP address, we can determine which provider you use to access our services and, consequently, your general region, but we generally cannot determine who you are. This changes, for example, if you create a user account, as personal data may then be linked to technical data (e.g. we may see which browser you use to access an account through our Website).

Examples of technical data also include logs generated in our systems (e.g. records of user logins on our Website).

Registration Data

Certain services, such as competitions and other services (e.g. login areas on our Website, newsletter subscriptions, etc.), may only be used with a user account or registration. Registration may take place directly with us or through external login service providers. In this context, you must provide us with certain data, and we collect data concerning your use of the service.

Registration data includes, among other things, the information you provide when creating an account on our Website (e.g. username, password, name and email address). You must also register if you wish to subscribe to our newsletter.

Communication Data

When you contact us via the contact form, email, telephone, chat or other means of communication, we collect the data exchanged between you and us, including your contact details and metadata relating to the communication.

Communication data includes your name and contact details, the manner, place and time of communication and, as a rule, its content (i.e. the content of emails, chats, etc.). This data may also contain information relating to third parties.

Master Data

We use the term “master data” to refer to the basic data we require, in addition to contractual data, to manage our contractual and other business relationships or for marketing and advertising purposes. This may include your name, contact details and information such as your role and function, bank account details, date of birth, customer history, powers of attorney, signing authority and declarations of consent.

We process your master data if you are a customer or other business contact, or act on behalf of such a person (e.g. as a contact person for a business partner), or because we wish to contact you for our own purposes or those of a contractual partner (e.g. for marketing and advertising, invitations to events, vouchers, newsletters, etc.).

We receive master data directly from you (e.g. when making a purchase or registering), from organisations for which you work, or from third parties such as our contractual partners, associations and address brokers, as well as from publicly accessible sources such as public registers or the Internet (websites, social media, etc.).

As a rule, we retain this data for 10 years from the last interaction with you, and at least 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship. This period may be longer if required for evidentiary purposes, to comply with legal or contractual requirements, or for technical reasons. For purely marketing and advertising contacts, the retention period is normally considerably shorter, generally no more than 2 years after the last contact.

Behavioural and Preference Data

Depending on our relationship with you, we seek to better understand you and tailor our products, services and offerings to your needs. To this end, we collect and use data about your behaviour and preferences.

We do this by analysing information about your behaviour in connection with our services. We may also supplement this information with data from third parties, including publicly accessible sources. Based on this information, we may, for example, calculate the likelihood that you will use certain services or behave in a particular way.

Some of the data processed for this purpose is already known to us (e.g. when you use our services), while other data is obtained by recording your behaviour (e.g. how you navigate our Website). We anonymise or delete this data when it is no longer meaningful for the purposes pursued. Depending on the type of data, this may be after 2–3 weeks (for movement profiles) or up to 24 months (for product and service preferences). This period may be longer if required for evidentiary purposes, to comply with legal or contractual requirements, or for technical reasons. How tracking works on our Website is described in Section 11.

Preference data provides us with information about your needs, which products or services may be of interest to you, and when and how you are likely to respond to messages from us. We obtain this information by analysing existing data, such as behavioural data, in order to better understand you, tailor our advice and offers more precisely to your needs, and generally improve our services.

To improve the quality of our analyses, we may link this data with additional information obtained from third parties, such as address brokers, authorities and publicly accessible sources including the Internet. This may include information about household size, income category and purchasing power, purchasing behaviour, contact details of family members, and anonymised data from statistical offices.

Behavioural and preference data may be analysed on a personal basis (e.g. to display personalised advertising), but also on a non-personal basis (e.g. for market research or product development). Behavioural and preference data may also be combined with other data (e.g. movement data may be used for contact tracing as part of a health protection concept).

You provide much of this data to us yourself (e.g. through forms, when communicating with us, in connection with contracts, when using the Website, etc.). You are not obliged to provide such data, subject to individual cases, such as mandatory protection measures required by law.

When using our Website, the processing of technical data is unavoidable. With regard to behavioural and preference data, however, you generally have the option to object to processing or to withhold your consent.

To the extent permitted by law, we also obtain data from publicly accessible sources (e.g. debt enforcement registers, land registers, commercial registers, the media or the Internet, including social media) or receive data from other companies within our group, authorities and other third parties (such as credit reference agencies, address brokers, associations, contractual partners, web analytics services, etc.).

4. For What Purposes Do We Process Your Data?

We process your data for purposes related to communicating with you, in particular to respond to enquiries, to enable you to exercise your rights and to contact you in the event of follow-up questions. For this purpose, we primarily use communication data and master data and, in connection with the services and offerings you use, registration data as well. We retain this data to document our communications with you, for training purposes, quality assurance and to address any follow-up enquiries.

We process data for marketing purposes and to maintain our relationships with customers and other contractual partners, for example to send our customers and other contractual partners personalised advertising for products and services offered by us and by third parties (e.g. advertising partners). This may take the form of newsletters and other regular communications (electronically, by post or by telephone), via other channels for which we have your contact details, or as part of individual marketing activities (e.g. events, competitions, etc.), and may also include complimentary services (e.g. invitations, vouchers, etc.). You may object to such communications at any time or refuse or withdraw your consent to being contacted for advertising purposes. With your consent, we may also tailor our online advertising more specifically to you.

We also process your data for market research, to improve our services and operations, and for product development.

We strive to continuously improve our products and services (including our Website) and to respond quickly to changing needs. We therefore analyse, for example, how you navigate our Website, which products are used by which groups of people and in what ways, and how new products and services can be designed. This provides us with insights into the market acceptance of existing products and the market potential of new products and services. For this purpose, we primarily process master data, behavioural and preference data, as well as communication data and information from customer surveys, questionnaires and studies, and other information, for example from the media, social media, the Internet and other publicly accessible sources. Where possible, we use pseudonymised or anonymised data for these purposes. We may also use media monitoring services or conduct media monitoring ourselves, processing personal data in the process, in order to manage our media relations and understand and respond to current developments and trends.

5. What Is the Legal Basis for Processing Your Data?

Where we ask you for your consent to specific processing activities (e.g. for the processing of particularly sensitive personal data, marketing mailings, the creation of personalised movement profiles, and advertising targeting and behavioural analysis on the Website), we will inform you separately about the relevant purposes of the processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us in writing (by post) or, unless otherwise specified or agreed, by email, with effect for the future. Our contact details can be found in Section 2. For information on withdrawing your consent to online tracking, please refer to Section 11. If you have a user account, you may also be able to withdraw your consent or contact us via the relevant Website or other service. As soon as we receive notification of your withdrawal of consent, we will no longer process your data for the purposes to which you originally consented, unless we have another legal basis for doing so. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent before the withdrawal.

Where we do not ask you for your consent to a particular processing activity, we base the processing of your personal data on the fact that it is necessary for the initiation or performance of a contract with you (or with the entity you represent), or that we or third parties have a legitimate interest in such processing. This applies in particular to pursuing the purposes and related objectives described in Section 4 and carrying out the corresponding measures. Our legitimate interests also include compliance with legal requirements, insofar as these are not already recognised as a legal basis under the applicable data protection law (e.g. under the GDPR, the law applicable in the EEA and Switzerland). This also includes marketing our products and services, our interest in gaining a better understanding of our markets, and ensuring that our company, including its operations, is managed and developed securely and efficiently.

If we receive sensitive data (e.g. health data, information concerning political, religious or philosophical beliefs, or biometric data used for identification purposes), we may also process your data on other legal bases, for example where processing is necessary in connection with disputes, potential legal proceedings, or the assertion or defence of legal claims. In individual cases, other legal grounds may apply, in which case we will inform you separately where necessary.

6. Who Do We Disclose Your Data To?

In connection with our contracts, the website, our services and products, our legal obligations, or otherwise to safeguard our legitimate interests and for the other purposes listed in Section 4, we may also disclose your personal data to third parties, in particular to the following categories of recipients:

Service Providers

We work with service providers in Switzerland and abroad who process data about you on our behalf or as joint controllers with us, or who receive data about you from us as independent controllers (e.g. IT providers, advertising service providers, login service providers). For service providers engaged in connection with the website, see Section 11.

In order to provide our products and services efficiently and to enable us to focus on our core competencies, we obtain services from third parties in numerous areas. These services include, for example, IT services, the dispatch of information, marketing, sales, communications or printing services, and address verification services (e.g. updating address databases when people move). We disclose to these service providers the data required for them to perform their services, which may also include data concerning you. Under certain circumstances, our service providers may also process data on how their services are used, as well as other data generated in connection with the use of their services, as independent controllers for their own legitimate interests (e.g. for statistical analyses or billing). Service providers provide information about their independent data processing in their own privacy policies.

Contractual Partners, Including Customers

This primarily refers to our customers (e.g. beneficiaries of services) and other contractual partners, as such data disclosure results from these contracts. For example, they may receive registration data relating to vouchers issued and redeemed, invitations, etc. If you yourself work for such a contractual partner, we may also disclose data about you to that partner in this context.

The recipients also include contractual partners with whom we cooperate or who advertise on our behalf and to whom we therefore disclose data about you for analysis and marketing purposes (these may again be beneficiaries of services, but also, for example, sponsors and providers of online advertising). We require these partners to send you advertising or display advertising to you based on your data only if you have consented to this (for the online sector, see Section 11).

If you act as an employee on behalf of a company with which we have concluded a contract, the processing of this contract may result in us informing the company, for example, how you have used our services. We provide cooperation and advertising partners with selected master data, contractual data, behavioural data and preference data so that, on the one hand, they can carry out non-personal analyses in their area (e.g. regarding the number of our customers who have viewed their advertising) and, on the other hand, they can also use the data for advertising purposes (including targeted communication with you). For example, advertising partners should have the opportunity to communicate with other suitable customers of ours and send them advertising.

Authorities

We may disclose personal data to public authorities, courts and other authorities in Switzerland and abroad if we are legally obliged or authorised to do so, or if this appears necessary to safeguard our interests. The authorities process the data about you that they receive from us under their own responsibility.

Examples include criminal investigations, police measures (e.g. health protection measures, combating violence, etc.), regulatory requirements and investigations, court proceedings, reporting obligations, pre-litigation and litigation proceedings, as well as statutory information and cooperation obligations. Data may also be disclosed if we wish to obtain information from public authorities, e.g. in order to establish a legitimate interest in obtaining information or because we are required to state whose information we are requesting (e.g. information from a register).

Other Persons

This category covers other cases in which the involvement of third parties results from the purposes set out in Section 4, e.g. beneficiaries of services, the media and associations in which we participate, or where you are part of one of our publications.

Other recipients may include, for example, delivery recipients specified by you who differ from you, or third-party payment recipients, as well as other third parties in connection with representation arrangements (e.g. if we send your data to your lawyer or bank), or persons involved in administrative or court proceedings. If we cooperate with the media and provide them with material (e.g. photographs), you may also be affected under certain circumstances. The same applies to the publication of content (e.g. photographs, interviews, quotations, etc.), for example on our website or in other publications of ours.

As part of our corporate development, we may sell or acquire businesses, parts of businesses, assets or companies, or enter into partnerships, which may also result in the disclosure of data (including data concerning you, e.g. as a customer, supplier or supplier representative) to persons involved in such transactions. Data concerning you may also be exchanged as part of our communication with competitors, industry organisations, associations and other bodies.

All of these categories of recipients may themselves engage third parties, meaning that your data may also become accessible to such third parties. We may restrict the processing by certain third parties (e.g. IT providers), but not by other third parties (e.g. authorities, banks, etc.).

We reserve the right to make these data disclosures even if they concern confidential data (unless we have expressly agreed with you that we will not disclose such data to certain third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so). Notwithstanding this, your data remain subject to an appropriate level of data protection in Switzerland and the rest of Europe even after disclosure. The provisions of Section 8 apply to disclosures to other countries. If you do not want certain data to be disclosed, please inform us so that we can examine whether and to what extent we can accommodate your request (Section 2).

In many cases, the disclosure of confidential data is also necessary in order to fulfil contracts or otherwise provide services. Confidentiality agreements generally do not exclude such data disclosures, nor do they exclude disclosures to service providers. However, taking into account the sensitivity of the data and other circumstances, we ensure that these third parties handle the data appropriately. We cannot comply with your objection to the disclosure of data where the relevant disclosure is necessary for our activities.

We also enable certain third parties to collect personal data about you on our website and at our events (e.g. media photographers, providers of tools that we have integrated into our website, etc.). To the extent that we are not decisively involved in such data collection, these third parties are solely responsible for it. For enquiries and to exercise your data protection rights, please contact these third parties directly. See Section 11 for the website.

7. Is Your Personal Data Also Transferred Abroad?

As explained in Section 6, we also disclose data to other entities. These entities are not located exclusively in Switzerland. Your data may therefore be processed both in Europe and outside Europe; in exceptional cases, in any country in the world.

If a recipient is located in a country without adequate statutory data protection, we contractually require the recipient to comply with the applicable data protection requirements (for this purpose, we use the revised Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission, which are available here), unless the recipient is already subject to a legally recognised framework ensuring data protection and we are not able to rely on an exemption. An exemption may apply in particular to legal proceedings abroad, but also in cases of overriding public interests or where the performance of a contract requires such disclosure, where you have consented to it, or where the data has been made generally accessible by you and you have not objected to its processing.

Many countries outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA currently do not have laws that, from the perspective of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), ensure an adequate level of data protection. The contractual safeguards mentioned above can partially compensate for this weaker or non-existent statutory protection. However, contractual safeguards cannot eliminate all risks (in particular, the risk of access by foreign government authorities). You should be aware of these residual risks, even if the risk may be low in individual cases and we take additional measures (e.g. pseudonymisation or anonymisation) to minimise it.

Please also note that data exchanged over the Internet is often routed through third countries. Your data may therefore be transferred abroad even if the sender and recipient are located in the same country.

8. How Long Do We Process Your Data?

We process your data for as long as required by the purposes of the processing, statutory retention periods, and our legitimate interests in processing data for documentation and evidentiary purposes, or for as long as storage is technically necessary. Further information on the respective retention and processing periods can be found for each category of data in Section 3 and for the individual cookie categories in Section 11.

Unless there are legal or contractual obligations to the contrary, we delete or anonymise your data once the applicable retention or processing period has expired, as part of our usual procedures.

9. How Do We Protect Your Data?

We take appropriate security measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal data, to protect it against unauthorised or unlawful processing, and to mitigate the risks of loss, accidental alteration, unintended disclosure or unauthorised access.

10. What Rights Do You Have?

Under applicable data protection law, you may, under certain circumstances, have the right to object to the processing of your data, in particular to processing for direct marketing purposes, profiling carried out for direct advertising purposes, and other legitimate interests pursued through processing.

To make it easier for you to exercise control over the processing of your personal data, you may also have the following rights in connection with our data processing, depending on the applicable data protection law:

  • The right to request information from us as to whether and which data concerning you we process;
  • the right to have data corrected if it is inaccurate;
  • the right to request the deletion of data;
  • the right to request that we provide certain personal data in a commonly used electronic format or transfer it to another controller;
  • the right to withdraw your consent where our processing is based on your consent;
  • the right, upon request, to receive further information necessary for exercising these rights.

If you wish to exercise any of the rights set out above with us (or with one of our group companies), please contact us in writing, in person at our premises or, unless otherwise specified or agreed, by email. Our contact details can be found in Section 2. In order to prevent misuse, we must verify your identity (e.g. by means of a copy of your identity document, where this cannot be done otherwise).

You also have these rights with regard to other entities that cooperate with us as independent controllers. Please contact them directly if you wish to exercise your rights in relation to their processing activities. Information on our key cooperation partners and service providers can be found in Section 6, with further information provided in Section 11.

Please note that these rights are subject to requirements, exceptions or restrictions under applicable data protection law (e.g. for the protection of third parties or business secrets). We will inform you accordingly where applicable.

If you disagree with how we handle your rights or with our data protection practices, please inform us or our Data Protection Officer (Section 2). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

11. Do We Use Online Tracking and Online Advertising Technologies?

On our website, we use various technologies that enable us and third parties engaged by us to recognise you when you use our website and, under certain circumstances, to track you across multiple visits. This section provides information about these technologies.

Essentially, the purpose is to distinguish your access (via your system) from that of other users so that we can ensure the functionality of the website and carry out analyses and personalisation. We do not intend to infer your identity, even though we may be able to do so if we or third parties engaged by us can identify you by combining this information with registration data. Even without registration data, however, the technologies used are designed to recognise you as an individual visitor each time you access a page, for example by assigning a specific identification number to you or your browser via our server (or the servers of third parties) (so-called “cookies”).

Other technologies may also be used that enable you to be recognised with a greater or lesser degree of probability (i.e. distinguished from other users), such as “fingerprinting”. Fingerprinting combines your IP address, the browser you use, your screen resolution, language settings and other information that your system communicates to each server, resulting in a more or less unique fingerprint. This can eliminate the need for cookies.

Whenever you access a server (e.g. when using a website or app, or because an image is visibly or invisibly embedded in an email), your visits may therefore be “tracked”. If we integrate services provided by an advertising partner or analytics provider into our website, that provider may track you in the same way, even if they cannot identify you in the individual case.

We use such technologies on our website and allow certain third parties to do the same. You can configure your browser to block, deceive or delete certain cookies or alternative technologies. You can also add software to your browser that prevents tracking by certain third parties. Further information can be found on your browser’s help pages (usually under “Privacy”) or on the websites of the third parties listed below.

The following categories of cookies are distinguished (technologies with functions comparable to fingerprinting are also included here):

  • Necessary Cookies: Some cookies are necessary for the website itself or certain functions to operate. For example, they ensure that you can navigate between pages without losing information entered into a form. They also ensure that you remain logged in. These cookies exist only temporarily (“session cookies”). If you block them, the website may not function properly. Other cookies are necessary to enable the server to store decisions or information you enter beyond a single session (i.e. a visit to the website), if you use such functions (e.g. selected language, consent given, automatic login function, etc.). These cookies have an expiry period of up to 24 months.
  • Performance Cookies: In order to optimise our website and related services and better tailor them to users’ needs, we use cookies to record and analyse how our website is used, potentially beyond a single session. We do this through third-party analytics services. These are listed below. Performance Cookies also have an expiry period of up to 24 months. Further details can be found on the websites of the third-party providers.
  • Marketing Cookies: We and our advertising partners have an interest in targeting advertising to specific audiences, i.e. showing it primarily to those whom we wish to address. Our advertising partners are listed below. For this purpose, we and our advertising partners also use cookies, where you have given your consent, which can record the content you access or contracts you enter into. This enables us and our advertising partners to display advertising on our website, as well as on other websites that display advertising from us or our advertising partners, which we believe may be of interest to you. Depending on the circumstances, these cookies have an expiry period ranging from a few days to 14 months. If you consent to the use of these cookies, you will be shown corresponding advertising. If you do not consent to these cookies, you will not see less advertising, but simply different advertising.

In addition to marketing cookies, we use other technologies to manage online advertising on other websites and thereby reduce untargeted advertising. For example, we may transmit the email addresses of our users, customers and other persons to whom we wish to display advertising to operators of advertising platforms (e.g. social media platforms). If these persons are registered there using the same email address (which the advertising platforms can determine by matching the data), the operators will display the advertising placed by us specifically to these persons. The operators do not receive the personal email addresses of persons who are not already known to them. However, in the case of known email addresses, they learn that these persons are associated with us and which content they have accessed.

Google Analytics

Google Ireland (based in Ireland) is the provider of the “Google Analytics” service and acts as our processor. Google Ireland relies on Google LLC (based in the USA) as its processor (both referred to as “Google”). Google uses Performance Cookies (see above) to track visitors’ behaviour on our website (duration, frequency of pages viewed, geographical origin of the access, etc.) and uses this information to prepare reports for us on the use of our website.

We have configured the service so that visitors’ IP addresses are shortened by Google in Europe before being transferred to the USA and therefore cannot be traced back. We have disabled the “Data Sharing” and “Signals” settings.

Although we may assume that the information we share with Google does not constitute personal data for Google, it is possible that Google may use this data for its own purposes to draw conclusions about visitors’ identities, create personal profiles and link this data to the Google accounts of these individuals.

If you consent to the use of Google Analytics, you explicitly consent to such processing, which may also involve the transfer of personal data (in particular website and app usage data, device information and individual IDs) to the USA and other countries.

Information on Google Analytics’ privacy practices can be found here: Google Analytics Privacy, and if you have a Google account, further information on processing by Google can be found here: Google Privacy Policy & Terms of Service.

12. What Data Do We Process on Our Social Media Pages?

We may operate pages and other online presences (“fan pages”, “channels”, “profiles”, etc.) on social networks and other platforms operated by third parties, and may collect data about you there as described in Section 3 and below. We receive this data from you and from the platforms when you interact with us through our online presence (e.g. when you communicate with us, comment on our content or visit our online presence).

At the same time, the platforms analyse your use of our online presences and combine this data with other data about you known to the platforms (e.g. information about your behaviour and preferences). They also process this data for their own purposes and under their own responsibility, in particular for marketing and market research purposes (e.g. to personalise advertising) and to operate their platforms (e.g. to determine which content they display to you).

We receive data about you when you communicate with us through our online presences or view our content, visit our online presences or are active on the relevant platforms (e.g. publish content or post comments). These platforms also collect technical data, registration data, communication data, behavioural data and preference data from or about you, among other things (see Section 3 for the relevant definitions).

As a rule, these platforms statistically analyse how you interact with us and how you use our online presences, our content or other parts of the platform (what you view, comment on, “like”, share, etc.) and combine this data with other information about you (e.g. information about your age, gender and other demographic information). In this way, they also create profiles about you and statistics on the use of our online presences.

They use this data and these profiles to display our advertising, other advertising and other content to you in a personalised manner on the platform and to control the behaviour of the platform, as well as for market and user research and to provide us and other entities with information about you and the use of our online presence. We may have some ability to influence the analyses that these platforms generate regarding the use of our online presences.

We process this data for the purposes described in Section 4, in particular for communication, marketing purposes (including advertising on these platforms; see Section 11) and market research. Information on the relevant legal bases can be found in Section 5.

Content that you publish yourself (e.g. comments on an announcement) may be further distributed by us (e.g. in our advertising on the platform or elsewhere). We or the operators of the platforms may also delete or restrict content from or concerning you in accordance with their terms of use (e.g. inappropriate comments).

For further information on the processing carried out by the platform operators, please refer to the platforms’ privacy notices. These will also provide information on the countries in which they process your data, the rights you have to access, delete and otherwise control your data, and how you can exercise these rights or obtain further information.

We currently use the following platforms:

LinkedIn

We operate the page www.linkedin.com/adresse. For users in Europe, the entity responsible for operating the platform is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Dublin 2, Ireland. Its privacy information is available at LinkedIn Legal Notice.

As part of Page Insights, statistics are generated regarding what visitors do on our page (comment on posts, share content, etc.). This helps us understand how our page is used and how we can improve it. We receive only anonymous, aggregated data.

Can This Privacy Policy Be Changed?

This Privacy Policy does not form part of a contract with you. We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The version published on this website is the current version.
